Design Process

To begin with “Planning of a beautiful space with the dreams of our Clients “

01. Strategic Planning Phase

Our first step is to understand the needs and wants for the space Typically, this takes 2 to 3 sessions to finalize this stage that everyone is comfortable with and has design clarity. In this stage we get to know about your vision which gives us the clarity about the estimated budget and time frame. During this stage we research and visit sites to make the planning better and then we start to put together imagery to provide a sense of the design intent. In short, we will do what it takes to make sure we understand exactly what the clients’ intentions are for their home. This is where the dream begins.

02. Conceptual Development Phase

In this stage we convert your vision into sketches which includes basic site planning, simple elevations, new floor plans to make use of blank spaces and rough sections. All the sketches are sent to the client for the approval. This way we ensure we are meeting your functional needs. Because good design is a functional design.

03. Construction Documentation Phase

At this stage, the ideas have been approved and evaluated and we begin with detail drawings. Areas we’ve specified with materials will be drawn out for design intent and approval and we will use the architect’s drawings to create the plans needed. Each drawing will follow an approval process with the client to allow for changes and revisions. All approved materials (stones, woods, tiles, appliances, plumbing, etc.) will be specified and given to your builder for pricing.

04. Coordination & Supervision Phase

To maintain the quality, schedule, and its budget we need the Continuous supervision. We want this process to feel stress-free and fun for you, so we carefully monitor everything from beginning to end. We’ll make ourselves available for meetings, coordinate monthly status reports, and track every order so you’ve the good idea about the site and its progress.

05. Selection of Furniture and Fixtures

The final step of the process is selecting furniture, fabric and lighting with its moodboard which includes fabrics and hardfinishes. These finishes are the biggest touch points of a home. They’re what you’ll interact with on a day-to-day basis and bring an interior to life.

Designing a home is like drawing a portrait of your client .
